For Individuals & Families
What We Offer
Immediate:
- Safe, clean transitional housing
- Basic needs support (food, clothing, hygiene)
- Case management and goal planning
Ongoing:
- Job training in construction, land stewardship, or administrative roles
- Skills development through hands-on property maintenance
- Faith-based support (optional, never required)
- Pathway to permanent housing and economic stability
Long-term:
- Stewardship roles - become caretaker of Faith Frontier properties
- Employment opportunities with Tillerstead LLC or partner organizations
- Community integration - mentorship, recovery support, legal advocacy
Eligibility
- Currently homeless or facing imminent homelessness
- Willing to participate in work/training programs
- Commitment to sobriety (recovery support provided)
- Background check (case-by-case, second chances considered)
