Faith Frontier Ecclesiastical Trust & Governance Overview

Faith Frontier Ecclesiastical Trust is a religious-purpose trust with an issued EIN. It holds the name, tools, and future acquisitions of Faith Frontier so that sanctuary, agrarian, and justice work remain protected for public benefit. Every activity is documented so that partners, regulators, and neighbors can trace how assets are stewarded and how spiritual intent stays within the boundaries of civil law.

Governance

Compliance and transparency

The Trust operates within New Jersey and federal law, even as it remains ecclesiastical in nature. Intellectual property and assets are held for public benefit, and partnerships will be documented through transparent agreements.

By keeping faith aims and civil obligations clearly separated, the Trust invites accountability, reduces alter-ego risk, and makes it easier for outside partners to validate that stewardship remains lawful.

For the site vision this governance supports, read the Tillerstead Sanctuary masterplan.
